We ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is free for all orders of $90.00 and above, while orders below this threshold will carry a flat shipping rate of $10.00 at checkout.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your delivery timeline is calculated by combining our order processing time and the transit time. Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-8 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time (4-11 business days)
Returns & Refunds
Q: How do I initiate a return, and what is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 business days from your delivery date by contacting help@Liorventhys.com. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our authorized returns address before sending items back, as unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Q: Are there any restocking fees for returns?
Liorventhys does not charge restocking fees. There is a $0.00 restocking fee for all eligible returns returned in their brand-new, unused, and unopened original packaging.

Q: Will the product I receive look identical to the website photos?
Actual products may present minor color variations due to monitor display settings, lighting, and natural material variations. Items containing solid teak wood or marble bases feature unique organic patterns and textures that are characteristics of natural materials and are not defects.
Q: Are there any dimensional tolerances for your sculptural items?
Yes. Due to the complex geometries of our wall decor and tabletop sculptures, minor dimensional variations of up to 0.5 inches in listed measurements may occur.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting customer support. Once this cancellation window expires or the order enters the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes.
