Liorventhys provides reliable shipping for modern wall decor, fine tabletop sculptures, and decorative home objects. We prioritize clear delivery expectations to ensure your artistic accents arrive securely at your address.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or any United States territories outside the mainland. Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipping Rates & Costs
For orders with a total value of $90.00 and above, standard shipping is free.
For orders under $90.00, a flat shipping rate of $10.00 will be added at checkout.
All shipping charges are shown before payment confirmation.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Daily Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM CST
Orders received after this cutoff will begin processing during the next scheduled business hours.
Our delivery schedule is calculated as follows:
Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-8 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time (4-11 business days)
Please note that we operate on business days, meaning that orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or major public holidays.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking numbers require 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system. Depending on item availability, components of a single purchase may be shipped separately.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your delivery address. Liorventhys is not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify our customer support at help@Liorventhys.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographs of the damaged item and the external packaging to initiate a replacement or refund claim.
