Liorventhys accepts returns for modern wall decor, fine tabletop sculptures, and decorative home objects to ensure a transparent shopping experience. Please read our guidelines below to understand your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have a return window of 30 business days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, mounting, or alteration cannot be accepted for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
RMA Requirement: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our authorized returns address by emailing help@Liorventhys.com before shipping any items.
Warning: Do not send packages to the address on the shipping label. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number or sent to unauthorized locations will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, Liorventhys covers the return shipping costs. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs to obtain a prepaid shipping label.
Change of Mind: If you return an item for personal reasons (such as changing your mind or color preferences), you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and arranging shipment.
Restocking Fees
Liorventhys does not charge any restocking fees. There is a $0.00 restocking fee for all eligible returns that meet our return criteria.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our returns address, your package will be reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method, and it typically takes 2-12 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this 12 hours window, or once an order has entered our shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible. Liorventhys reserves the right to reject returns and deny refunds if we detect fraudulent activity, such as returning used products or altered items.
